Grandmother Mary is our root and the guide to our cuisine. It is from her that we learnt the value of time, patience and love of detail. In our fresh pasta workshop, Every day we knead and roll out the dough following the recipes and methods handed down to us, resulting in tortellini, tortelloni and other unique specialities.
